Vincent Baudouin

Vincent Baudouin is registered as attorney at law and admitted in Paris since 2001. He first worked 5 years for the American law firm FRIED FRANK on large merger and acquisitions cross border deals. He then became attorney for the French law firm MARVELL Avocats in its Mergers – Acquisition and Private Equity Department. In 2009, he started working on his own as an independent attorney working for founders, partners and directors of companies in corporate, financing and funds rising, private acquisitions and commercial law, both as counsel and litigation attorney. He developed a strong expertise in advising companies in connection with equity investment, external growth, transfer, joint venture, equity financing and restructuring operations.

Mathilde Salavin

Mathilde Salavin joined CabinetCarrel in 2019. The first stage of her career (14 years) was undertaken in the Legal Department of a large pharmaceutical group, as Legal Manager (R&D), enabling her to develop unique expertise in Life Sciences law, accompanying researchers throughout the R&D process relative to medicine and vaccinations, from discovery research to pre-clinical and clinical development, as well as epidemiological and Phase IV studies. She was also responsible for legal support of commercial operations.
